The pool villa was spacious and offered a great view of the lagoon. The breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to sightseeing spots and a nice getaway from the busy city life.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the pool was located on the rooftop, which was quite inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids.

Great Service and Location with lovely Breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay at this resort. the staff was amazing and very friendly, they made sure we had a comfortable stay. the resort had a fantastic location, with the nearby attraction and local shops. We loved the breakfast options, which were delicious and had an excellent variety of food that was fresh and flavorful.
Renovation and Limited Shops. Unfortunately, the main pool in the resort was under renovation and the associated access to the main beach was limited.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the airport and within easy reach of both Patong Beach and the main beach. There are several F&B outlets nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and bedding. Some rooms even offer a view of the surrounding area. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout the stay.
The breakfast options are limited and lack variety, which can be disappointing for guests who prefer a more extensive morning meal.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel, with its exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. The swimming pool offered a refreshing break from the warm weather, and the bar and lounge area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail. Additionally, the private facilities were top-notch and added a touch of exclusivity to our stay.
We did experience one minor issue with the inconsistent housekeeping staff, who could have been more attentive to our needs during our week-long stay. Nonetheless, this hotel's fabulous location and first-class facilities more than made up for this small inconvenience.

The villa was clean and family-friendly. Great service and good security. Wide beach and large territory. Swimming pool with slides for kids. Convenient location near a restaurant-park. Spacious and fully equipped villa. Twice daily cleaning service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
